Thank you for taking the time to find out about me and what I provide as a massage therapist. I’ve been practicing massage for over five years now and I’m a fully qualified Holistic Massage Therapist. I received my qualifications at the ‘London School of Massage’ which is one of the best schoolings in the Country. I have a ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology & Body Massage and a level 3 in Swedish Massage and recently qualified in Deep Tissue. For anyone who’s wondering what ITEC is, It’s a leading international specialist examination board, providing quality qualifications in Complementary Therapies. It is fully approved as an Awarding Organisation in the UK.
I started massaging many years ago and as an ex dancer I have always been aware of my body and how to self treat all the aches and pains that occurred as a dancer. I am truly fascinated in how the body works.
I’m based in Vauxhall, Zone 1 in London and I work from home or mobile depending on arrangement. I’ve lived in London for many years and have come to understand how stressful a place London can be at times. With everyone busily getting on with their lives, the day to day strain can take it’s toll. I’d like to think we can all make a difference in the world somehow, however small it may be. I have the ability to lift the weight of your busy schedule off your shoulders and love making a difference to someone’s day in a positive way. That is where my ethos for my massage starts: To effect change with every stroke, be it physically, mentally or emotionally, to whoever is on my massage table.
I am a true believer in communication and variation. Therefore, I will try my best to provide a bespoke service. You can tell me what you want me to focus on, what oil you’d like me to use from my selection and even what music you would like to listen to during the massage. I recently had a a great massage session - very friendly masseur, well presented and booking appointment was very easy. The actual massage was a great experience, with him showing great skill during the whole massage and applying the right amount of pressure on the right spots. I left feeling very relaxed - book with confidence!
